Season ticket waiting list

Only 4 hour to go and no emails or new information from the club, I've just been on the club website and nothing new on there either. So we'll just have to wait until 5pm and see what happens

5pm? SeatGeek is the ticketing platform and they are a New York company.
Maybe they got a couple of IT geeks overseeing it in Manhattan
 
Ticket office say some phase 1 people haven’t received en email but they should be able to log-in at 5 and buy 1.
 
I've been logged in to my account all morning, on the season ticket page. There was previously just a message along the line of 'join the session ticket waiting list here' and a link...

Now it's headings with 'Mobile wallet link, Name, Owner, Price Type, Stand etc'

Nothing under the headings obviously but it looks like it's winding up to 5pm

I had it confirmed last week from the TO after asking on asksafc I can buy a ST at 5pm.

However haven't received any email nor has my ticketing account changed.

Should be stopped and done next week as per the issues with premium ST holders wanting to downgrade.

Chelsea goes on sale tomorrow morning and I'm still waiting to get a resale ticket for Forest. Feels like there is no way the TO can deal with all 3 at the same time.
 
I was told by them they will go ahead at 5pm

Thanks for reminding me about the Chelsea tickets I'd hate to miss out on that one.
 
I did get an email last week with this heading though, but without specific instructions for me...

The waiting list window for season tickets will open from Monday 20th April.



There will be two phases:

Phase 1: 5pm Monday 20th April – 5pm Wednesday 22nd April
This will be a 48-hour priority window for supporters who registered their interest prior to Sunday 22nd 23:59pm February.



Phase 2: From 5pm Thursday 23rd April
This will be open to all supporters who registered their interest from Monday 23rd February onwards including continued access to supporters from Phase 1.



Due to the high level of demand, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate requests for more than two tickets and payment needs to be made in full. Please note that all supporters must hold a valid Supporter ID, and there is a strict limit of one season ticket per supporter ID.

It isn't for me but if I was still working and had two children at secondary school it would be. It would be over £30 a week just for school dinners.

I should be in the first phase, I got the email, but nothing has changed on my ticketing account, it still says click here to join the waiting list.

Oh ffs, I don't have that. What's the best course of action. -will that ASK SAFC be quick enough?
