Season card - No Auto Renew

I found this under guide to season tickets at the top of my season ticket confirmation.
Direct debits
01 May 2026
01 June 2026
01 July 2026
03 August 2026
01 September 2026
01 October 2026
Thank you. I think they are taking it by direct debit in one payment, rather than the separate dates he wanted.

Such a bad look for the club this. How many times had the info been checked before it was sent out?

Makes the ticket office look like a shit show, which most of the time it is.

Embarrassing for them. They should be looking to offer supporters something to apologise.
I’m not affected but fully agree with this. As a big football club with dozens of hospitality areas now, it would be an easy win for them to offer each person affected by this monumental balls up, one match of their choice (subject to availability) next season in one of the hospitality areas or in a club owned executive box. Yes it was an honest mistake I’m sure rather than owt deliberate but it’s a big one and we are all supporters not customers, doing something like this to put it right would show they care.

Thing is are the differences say £100, they'd be better off honouring the prices than giving them corporate.
Its 300 quid in bcb for some games and that's entry level.
I agree its a total mess though and they should do something but can't see them giving expensive corporate away.
I remember the breakfast omelette

It still sends shivers down my spine
I don't like omelettes anyway so I had a lucky swerve 😂

I think another issue now is that the club know that there is demand for tickets, they probably know that if people don’t renew (as a result of the above) they will easily shift the tickets onto someone else.

Hope this doesn’t come back to bite them when attendances start to drop off if the worst should happen.

They should value the supporters they have! Rather than taking them for granted
