Season card - No Auto Renew

And cashback for those of us who did the 6 minute Grimsby match. I couldnt even redeem the fish and chips voucher as I was on 2-10 for the replay.
You were lucky. I was sitting in the Findus Stand with Mrs M’s brother in law, so I didn’t even get said fish and chip voucher. 😂

Haway mate. It might have been OK for you but it's clear on this thread the club have dropped a number of bollocks.

Loads of people quoted lower prices than they should have only for the price to be adjusted overnight. Meaning people in the same sections have all paid different renewals.

Issues with people entering new age groups being unable to renew.

And then loads of people (including me) who it turns out didn't get their loyalty discount despite being a ST holder for years and years. I renewed not knowing my price was wrong, because the club didn't publish any prices and left it to the fans to work it out based on online forums. Now I've overpaid for my tickets by more than £50 and will.probably take time and effort at my own expense to get it out right.

Absolutely tone deaf comment from you, and I can only assume you did it to be purposely cunty.
I know. I'm just messing about  I do it all the time like the well done Sunderland council gimmick.

It'll get sorted out man... eventually.

Some will have also been overcharged and just paid regardless, oblivious that it should be cheaper given not everyone will know what it should be. You'd like to think they'll get notified about a refund but will they expect those who underpaid to pay the correct price as it's hidden in T&Cs?

There seems to be a 'simple' 3 tier loyalty pricing rather than the single table we usually see. This is the latest I had last night for the 3 tiers in case anyone hasn't seen it.

Mine are still to high based on this. They've reduced me from June 2025, to the middle bracket. I should be in the uber.

But surely the cant say that someone that renewed last night pays a lower price than someone who renews today? They will have to make them the same

The ones who underpaid may have them cancelled & have to re-do, like when a load of ineligible people bought Wembley tickets, which were then cancelled. Its a complete farce like, technology can be great, but things just worked when youd go & pay in person at the ticket office

Block U6
Over 65
£495 (£496.50) renewal price.
Was £430 last season.
Season ticket holder since stadium opened (never moved seats).
I’m the same but in U5 and was charged £391 last night. I have no resale credits either. So a reduction of £39.

I’m sorted but a mate of mine is away on hols back later this week, how long has he got before his seat is sold on. I know it’s probably on here somewhere but can’t find it.

This is what I've seen but it's not completed and some figures could still be wrong but they do seem to tie in with the increases based across the board. The figures in grey are estimates and they're based on the other amounts people have said using similar bands and loyalty tiers increases, though they MAY be within £5 either way but not guaranteed as some like concession have bigger increases. If anyone does have an amount for the grey then say what band it is and which loyalty tier it is so it can be added.

There seems to be an issue with some people who've moved last season or after 2022/23 being shown higher prices but hopefully that's sorted sooner rather than later. There's 3 loyalty tiers, UBER for anyone with ST since 2022/23, 23-25 is those who got a ST from between 2023/24 and before June 2025 and NEW is anyone started after June 25.
