Season card - No Auto Renew

£551 for mine and £166.50 for the boy - both in group 1 of the loyalty bandings and the SEC so the same as you. Which block of SEC are you?

I'm no data scientist but I assume they have migrated the past few seasons' history so should be able to prove continuity if challenged. But for this process, someone somewhere has used a data point such as 'seat held since DD/MM/YYYY' which has inadvertently shafted movers.

I don't tend to delete emails hence I was able to get previous renewal prices for NS/SS fairly easily but the others in that table a few pages back game from the various screen snips people have taken over the past 4 years. What's confused matters is that there's a lot of FB and Twitter posts where people are quoting previous season prices that never existed. Appreciate when it's 12 months ago and/or put through DD, people won't necessarily remember the exact figure.

Aye I've seen a few saying last seasons prices but obviously wrong. I think these are the 3 prices with Early Birds 1st, then non Early Bird and it was then pulled for a while and finally the NEW price from June once we knew we were Premier League.

It looks to be potential seat move (new account number?) and maybe even jumping age group causing some loyalty to be lost depending on when it's done but hopefully all sorted now. Could it have also been non early bird's were being bumped up for 'missing loyalty' given most would have got early bird anyway so it would have affected a small number?

Just for info as I saw a few messages on here having the same issue as I was last night.

When trying to renew mine and my son's (U18) season ticket, the error "You are not entitled to purchase the Season Ticket at this Price Type" was showing and couldn't continue on the U18.

It has been fixed and it now allows the renewal.

Cheers, I’m still getting it for my daughter’s U18 …. I’ll keep checking as maybe they are sorting it in blocks?
 
I'll take back my comments from yesterday. My mate got an email with all my season ticket details on, I was going mental blaming the system, how can they send someone else my stuff etc etc. no need, what had happened is my mate actually renewed my ticket by mistake and put his bank details in for dd🤣. When you renew there's a tick box allowing you to see your network list and it lets you renew others. So just a change of bank details now, which surely shouldn't be that difficult?

Block U12 mate.

It now says that I can't renew online as "The following subscription(s) cannot be renewed online. It seems that your seats are already occupied"

Ours sounds the same as yours, however, I always thought the age bracket tickets included the specified age - so essentially if he's still 14 when the season starts, he'd qualify for the u14 ticket. That could be my misinterpretation though.

It's an under 14 ticket, not a 14 and under ticket. So I'd assume he would have to be 13 when the season starts. Not certain mind and like you I can't find the info anywhere.

Some will have also been overcharged and just paid regardless, oblivious that it should be cheaper given not everyone will know what it should be. You'd like to think they'll get notified about a refund but will they expect those who underpaid to pay the correct price as it's hidden in T&Cs?

There seems to be a 'simple' 3 tier loyalty pricing rather than the single table we usually see. This is the latest I had last night for the 3 tiers in case anyone hasn't seen it.

That would make sense, and its not an issue, just would be helpful if the age bracket criteria was readily available!

We had different seats in the SEC for all the time in league 1 (block U11) then first season back in the Championship we moved to P14 NWU. These were all classed as the "concession prices" - moved back to the SEC last season in the Championship. Still continued our season tkts since first season in league 1. You'd of thought moving seats would not effect any loyalty pricing that we don't seem to be getting with the new renew prices. Frustrating.

Yeah that doesnt seem right if you've held them since then, mine in U12 are:

Adult: £551.50
U22: £261.50
U18: £166.50

Edit: Just seen you saw you'd moved seats, guess they have used that to come up with your price instead of how long youve actually had a season card for which is annoying as can't imagine it'll be that easy to get sorted for you.
