Season card - No Auto Renew

For those doing direct debit did you choose the direct debit option or the payment plan option ? Surely both are just exactly the same.

not sure that's right unless i'm missing something. all of us have just renewed in u4 and paid £661.50. sat there since the stadium opened.

No queue and the whole process took under a minute

Renewed last night and paid 691. I'm west stand just next to the corporate (blue). The price wasnt as much as I expected - sure this season was 6 payments of 108? I maybe wrong but didn't feel too bad.

DD mate. Only difference I can see is the payments on the payment plan would come off a card, whereas the DD is literally a direct debit with your account number and sort code

I chose the direct debit option though I suppose on the other one where it says down option you could pay a higher amount now and less over month later

I’m getting a message on mine and my Sons account that there are no subscriptions that can be found despite us having a season ticket currently (and have for several years). Any ideas?

Is he moving between age brackets this season? Seems to have caused chew for some

Aw right. So I paid a deposit on my card and opted for the payment plan. I got Sent a confirmation receipt showing six payment dates and amounts. Will these be automatically taken from my card or will I have to manually go in and pay them every month?

I didn't get asked for it, I just put my card details in and it didn't give me the option of setting up a direct debit.

They’ll automatically be taken mate. At the same dates as the DD. They essentially get pre authorisation to take the payment on your card each month without you needing to do anything. Loan companies use a similar technology

Sounds like you've managed to select Payment plan rather than DD mate

Will renew at £551.50 but will have to start considering things the season after if it's going over 600.

Mine is available to do the age thing now. However the price is wrong or they will say it’s right and I’m not renewing if they don’t. Treating me as a new holder for this season only. Did the ask SAFC thing and have said if I was only a season ticket holder this season how have I got loyalty points for Middlesbrough away the last 3 seasons. I await my rejection
