Season card - No Auto Renew

Anyone have issues renewing their cairns ticket?? It won’t allow me to do it, says it can’t be done alone??? Then went in on my account and won’t let me do it there either??

Could maybe be a botched blue ticket that though?
P10 is near centre of West stand so I can't see it being that. For UBERS it's gone up £90 for yellow, £80 for blue so I doubt it's gone up just £40 for red given it was £780 for NEW this season so that leaves a big difference.

The figures are close either in % or £ when you compare all the verified differences. £660 for red isn't what I'd expect but I would for blue. There's been a £750 been mentioned by bossworld but was in wrong loyalty tier but it does tie in with the 23/24 price if you look at the increases for various loyalty tiers against the various age bands. Another example is that I'd expect NEW renewals to be £815 + or - £5 given most have been around 4%.

I could be wrong but hopefully in time it's all sorted out if mistakes have been made people are refunded if they've overpaid. For those who've possibly renewed cheaper then will it be honoured or will club say they want more and create more shit? Maybe it may not be worth chasing it if it's not £millions they're missing as they fix it before too many people renew.

Overall though they've done well to offer the loyalty tiers as £90 for yellow is an increase of £4.74 per game or £4.21 for blue and if it is £715 for a red ST then £5 for red. This again suggests £660 is a mistake as that's just £2.10 per game which just doesn't seem right.

Aye it's a strange one like, who knows tbh, sure we'll find out over time.

Finally sorted.

Really starting to feel this might be our last ones though. Mine and the 3 kids is now nearly £1000 . £155 over 6 month DD is a fair wedge for me . I suppose that’s the price of a modern PL club though.

What section is that and is it all U14s?

If we stay up and still sell out but don't expand then it will end up nearer the NEW price in next few seasons I reckon as eventually bring the prices all into line in a few seasons.

The club knows how many have joined the ST list so if it's 5,000 then they won't be bothered if they lose 10% of ST holders as their 3,800 or so seats will probably be snapped up. Or like other clubs they don't resell the STs and keep them as a higher price match day, though probably not given they sold ST sections last season.

You won't be a unique case as the club may lose you 4 in time as fans but there may well be 4 more affluent who will take your place. The concern being is will the new fans stay around when it goes to shit again and if they don't will you 4 want to come back after being priced out and probably doing something else instead of the kids being hooked at a young age by going to the games all the time?

Is there an actual chart which shows the levels of pricing to make sure the figures quoted on your account are correct with the relevant discounts applied..?

This is what I've seen but it's not completed and some figures could still be wrong but they do seem to tie in with the increases based across the board. The figures in grey are estimates and they're based on the other amounts people have said using similar bands and loyalty tiers increases, though they MAY be within £5 either way but not guaranteed as some like concession have bigger increases. If anyone does have an amount for the grey then say what band it is and which loyalty tier it is so it can be added.

There seems to be an issue with some people who've moved last season or after 2022/23 being shown higher prices but hopefully that's sorted sooner rather than later. There's 3 loyalty tiers, UBER for anyone with ST since 2022/23, 23-25 is those who got a ST from between 2023/24 and before June 2025 and NEW is anyone started after June 25.

For some reason those in U5 also got the same, yet others in Premier red are getting the higher prices as they went from £620 to £715. If it is £660 then for some reason those sections in the East stand have a far lower increase by £ and percentage to the other bands.

I explained more in this post as I've seen the £715, £750 and £815 prices mentioned

That prices ties in as what I'd expect for the E/W red prices based on the other increase for orange and blue. See this post for example but maybe @Ferryhill Exile is in West stand and it's the East stand that is cheaper?

3.40am and still a queue on ticketing page
The queue number looks to be irrelevant as it loads the ticketing within seconds so it's just because the queue system is still active. It's just how many times the page has been loaded by the looks of things as I opened it on 2 browser, the first is #41184 and the 2nd #41185

If there is an actual queue with loads trying to get on at the same time then further down it shows number of users ahead of you and how long the wait will be. This is why it shows "It's your turn" in the 1st image below and "Number of users in queue ahead of you: 1" in the 2nd image as it's next as it's the only 2 browser looking at it.

i'm sure i've seen others in u4 who've paid the same as us?
not sure why anyone would want to see how long the queue is for no reason other than to be nosey making people who actually want to renew wait longer mind.

I don't know what's going on with red pricing as it's U4/U5/U6 that seen to be affected being the same price as blue in East & West (which it hasn't been for a long time has it?) but the red in the West stand seem to be paying the higher price.

In time I think more precise information will come out as there's a few prices that are too high for some also. It's their mistake so they will honour it now you've renewed as surely they can't ask fans to pay the extra as they know people will kick off? Or is it in the T&Cs? I don't know and hopefully everyone is happy at the end of it 🙂

As for queue comments, my point was there was no actual queue at the moment. When there is an actual queue tomorrow then some may be fooled by the wording, though I doubt it will be as mad a rush as 5pm yesterday. It makes it sound as if there's over 41,000 in the queue right now due the way it's worded yet it was just me all by myself in 2 browsers 😉
