I like it in there. Potted Lobster to dine then down there for a comfy chair and beers. Love Bamburgh.Had a good meal in here last week.

In fairness the last time i was there, for Dirty Dancing at Bamburgh castle (i know!!!!), the lad sat next to me had a SAFC tattoo on his leg.

i have it in my head that a million years ago(about 40) i went to a pub in seahouses that claimed to have the longest bar in the country?

We went to Seahorses a few years back for golf/beer. It was like going on a pub crawl in Jarra.
The golf and pubs in Scarborough are much better (I accept Bamburgh is a great course)

Love Bamburgh. Family caravan up the road so regularly there.
If stopping in Bamburgh then you have Victoria, Castle and Lord Crewe as drinking options. Bit of a pain trekking back from Seahouses and at this time of year Seahouses will be quite quiet.
