Just so I've got this right, the Harbour are meeting again tonight and should, hopefully, inform the NEDCL by tomorrow that they wish to enter a single team for the coming season?

Yep.
That’s what was said at Monday’s Meeting.

The focus and emphasis for this Season is to establish a new Committee & Volunteers, and to field one Team which will be a youthful combination of last Season’s 1st and 2nd Teams. After that a rebuild of the Clubs structure will be required, how long that will take will depend upon what interest and commitment can be generated during this Season.

Excellent news.

Getting a side in the Sunday 3s league in 2019 or 2020 might be a good next target. Easier than getting 22 out on one day.

This is great news and shows the value of the NEDCL to the region. I can think of Wellington Brand and Washington all in the Permier League now who have needed the NEDCL in the past.

The powers that be should be looking at how best to support this league so it remains s vital safety net for clubs in trouble.

It's 45 overs win/lose. 40 overs in division 2. Plus new t20 league. No professionals or paid players. Proper amateur cricket.

Officially admitted to NEDCL tonight. With fixtures being issued asap. Believe SHCC will enter division 1.

Not sure yet, there will be further meetings this week/next.

It's to play for the cups, the T20 matches are played in a mini league and winners of leagues play off. I think...

Not totally sure on set up of league yet I think it was 10 and 9 prior to SHCC entering league.
