Scott Parker Gone

Next Bayern Munich manager, that's what happened to the last Burnley manager who got relegated, as much because of the quality of players available as anything he did or didn't do.

He should go abroad, would probably do pretty well at a top league that isn't the prem
Agreed.
God I hope they beat Leeds tomorrow night now
GIven the mags are just 2 points ahead of leeds, i would love to see the other way around, just for the fume, if they fail to beat Brighton on the weekend., imagine it, another promoted club finishing ahead of the barcodes.

It’s not really that strange is it? He’s clearly just got a ceiling.

Similarly Mick McCarthy and lots of others - Dyche included imo, solid football league managers, and there’s nothing wrong with that. EPL is only for elite coaches now. Only the fittest survive!

I don't think that's the case at all, there is a large differential in that those managers tend to have one of the best teams in the championship and one of the worst in the Premier League.

Far too often are coaches judged by a league position without any context. There isn't a group of elite-only coaches in the top league that make their players 20% better ability wise, fitness or tactically.

They were the worst or one of the worst squads in the league, they've finished where they should have expected.

Oh no. Yet another to go with the other media spouted bollox with likes of Rooney and Lampard ...

"Stevie Gerrards Burnley"

Think Parker would have got them back up .
