So my nephew was at the field working on ground works on works experience
He was videod and shouted at by a resident previously mentioned on here and he is unhappy this took place and is quite upset.
He is 15.
He felt uncomfortable being shouted at and filmed and then put on Facebook.
I have advised him not to contact the authorities at this stage.
What should he do ?

If he is on work experience his school and the company he is on placement with have a duty of care to ensure he is in a safe working environment at all times. It's not then they have a responsibility to ensure he is not placed there.
If what was said to him was threatening then its a matter for the authorities and the police should be informed. The residents have a right to peaceful protest but not make threatening comments.

There was footy pitches the next field down. I can't remember that being used for anything in particular aside from a massive dog toilet.
