Nice thick Cumberland , nice mash (chop a few chives up hoy them in ) nice onion gravy mixed with the lovely sausage juices , and peas (marrow fat ones)

And of course colmans English mustard is a must on this dish .

Aye been having this a few times, nice easy meal but not as adventurous as yours like. I have some nice thick sausages, Yorkshire puddings,marris pipers mashed with butter and salt, nice thick gravy and some fat peas

I was pretty much bought up in the 60s/70s on sossige n mash. Couldn't afford cumberland soss at the time I presume, but it is now always cumberland sossiges.
