Hate that lotHe's going to donate the 87,000,000 empty pop cans that he told the Judge that he owned to Coventry so they can build a stadium with them.
Sounds about right, he's obviously a self promoting gobshite but stranger things have happened. By him bashing his gums he might just get somebody interested enough to take us on.I still suspect he wants the club, doesn't have the financial backing, and is hoping that by making a lot of noises some other investors might make contact wanting to get involved.
It'll be Parkinson no matter who takes over mate. Would be had we been taken over a month ago. Can't recall a takeover anywhere where there were immediate changes? Sure there was bit none spring to mindHope there’s some positive news soon. Going into the season with Parkinson as manager and Wyke as his main striker fills me with mid-table dread
Hi Chris ...Weatherspoon has been largely correct in spirit about our owners since Donald tried to hang him out to dry. I disagree on some of his detail, but we both - along with a number of posters on here - foreshadowed the potential creative accounting that has come to pass.
So basically, why shouldn't he tweet about his gut feeling? He's proven himself a bigger fan than any of us, which one day I hope becomes more public knowledge.

Sadly we're stuck with 1980s football from Parkinson for the foreseeable future. It'll be Parkinson no matter who takes over mate. Would be had we been taken over a month ago. Can't recall a takeover anywhere where there were immediate changes? Sure there was bit none spring to mind
Takeover or not he'll get a few months unless it's an absolute disaster, which it won't be. It'll not be pretty either but we'll be up there comfortably enough for him to keep his job.Sadly we're stuck with 1980s football from Parkinson for the foreseeable future.

I reckon he will be gone by the end of September, might get something out of Bristol Rovers but will get mullered from the next 4, that will see him away.Takeover or not he'll get a few months unless it's an absolute disaster, which it won't be. He doesn't need to be taken seriously by us mate. No potential future contact will be ringing us up and saying 'what do you think of William Storey?'. Think about 2 or 3 years time, he's going to have to get his name out there over the intervening period for anything else, as long as it's semi plausible and makes him seem like he may have some access to other rich people.
Whoever his mark is in a few years time, they'll be researching him, looking through his news items and how 'close' he was to buying Sunderland and they may just make a decision to entertain him for 10% longer than they may have before now.
Eventually he will part a fool from his money, because people will assume that nobody would put themself through this utter degradation unless there was some truth to it. As long as he can bail before his hand is called, or get the other side to call it off, he gets his win.
I have been told an awful lot about how much he has sacrificed in his career to stand by his allegations. I won't tell the full story, but we're talking making a call not many of us would make because he loves the club.
He has earned the right to a gut feeling in my book.
I'd prefer Wyke went rather than PPI reckon he will be gone by the end of September, might get something out of Bristol Rovers but will get mullered from the next 4, that will see him away.
Hope I am wrong like but can just see what’s going to happen
Wyke isn't gonna be our main strikerHope there’s some positive news soon. Going into the season with Parkinson as manager and Wyke as his main striker fills me with mid-table dread
