Great club - cracking pies in the press box. Crap club - restricted view from the Sky Box. Average club - hot press officer but bird sh!t on the gantry. That kind of thing? He'll have no more knowledge than the average fan or player. Doesn't mean he cant learn about the boardroom but his current knowledge will be from his own point of view.

Agree this should be our plan but until 17 if they want to leave, they leave and there's not a thing you can do about it.
They should be able to see a path to the first team and be on the bench rather than journeymen

Haaaaaaahahaha, Linkedin?!

I quite like the idea of a fan-owner who can somehow finance a £35m F1 sponsorship payment for a product that doesn't really exist without anyone knowing why or how he has that kind of money, but the rampant unprofessionalism when we need the exact opposite means it's a massive fuck off no from me.

He’s getting his info from Fox by the looks of it in my opinion.

I’d say parts of what he’s saying will have some element of truth to it and will have been discussed somewhere down the line.What one party are saying and the likes of Furnham etc are wanting will probs be two different things.

Aye, I think someone mentioned Fox in relation to him being his source and he "liked" it. That's not confirmation but it's near enough for me. I would have thought fox would have signed an NDA though and like others I'm not sure why he would say who his source is afterwards, it doesn't serve a purpose, just getting it right will be enough! I'm sceptical about the Russian being involved mind. Fuhrman and Sartori makes sense, but with Sartori there the door will always be open for his FiL (I can't spell his name so I'm avoiding using it!) so I don't see what he'd gain by officially coming in now.

Magnus seems alright, and some of what he says ties in with things I've heard from others, so I'm not doubting him but he does seem to give a lot more specifics. Don't remember him having knowledge previously so I do find it a bit strange that what he's saying is almost taken as gospel. Probably because it's positive! Like I say though, hopefully it'll happen and prove him right. If he was on a wind up you'd think this place would suit him better, a lot more people to wind up!

If the takeover is as suggested, then Fox will go with Donald. The two of them have worked together for years.

Aye, I imagine he will. Its just the thing about him being happy for the lad to post and for him to be named as the source afterwards. If it's Fox then I'd assume he'd be under an NDA and don't see why he'd agree to any of it. He said it was someone who'd leaving so the main obvious ones would be Donald, maybe Methven, fox and potentially Rodwell

If the touted links are accurate and we're looking at some or all of FPP then I'd take heart from how they dealt with Dell's money over the years.

There aren't any assets worth stripping really. Stadium and academy aren't worth much really they don't have any other uses.

I don’t think the Russian is involved it’s more than likely people putting 2+2 together and wishful thinking
