Hopefully he has wised up a bit since then.Didn’t stop Donald nearly selling to Mark Campbell last year, without doubt a complete charlatan.
Not holding me breath like, he doesn't seem like the type to learn.

? Would you let Storey's imaginative finance people full access to yor companies management accounts?
Don't be daft - they know who any serious bidders are _ FFS.

Exactly. So they likely know Storey isn't serious. So they probably dismissed him but said if he's serious and can show them he's got the funds then they'll talk, hence asking for proof of funds which Storey hasn't provided.

Yeah that is very plausible. I guess it is then a case of how much we trust information coming from the club. You would think that it would be more reliable than the subjective view of one bidding consortium but we all know what happened last year.Purely speculation from me but if Rubberface's source is information indirectly via MG then his info would be from inside one of the consortium's. They wouldn't necessarily have knowledge of what else is going on outside of their own bid.
Prehab/Magnus appear to receive information indirectly from the club so would get the bigger picture.

I know. But maybe he's learned from that. Or maybe back then Campbell was the only interested party so it wasn't so important for him to check that he had the funds early on. In this situation it seems a few parties are interested, so any delay could be very costly for him.

If FPP have a say I’d say Storey was devoured by the locusts straight after the interview.I think it's fairly likely that if Storey had proof of funds, Donald would not have briefed against him in the press.
When did this happen. Been out of the loop for a few hours.I think it's fairly likely that if Storey had proof of funds, Donald would not have briefed against him in the press.
That, Bent and Tommy J all time highlights. That was the peak of the smb for me.
Magic things are telephones and sky and zoomOne thing I will say is that. It doesn’t look like michael Gray is locked in talks with the club, looks like he’s on holiday with the family
so I think you can rule him out being involved in any way in a deal

He wasn't involved financially but talks got going again. One thing I will say is that. It doesn’t look like michael Gray is locked in talks with the club, looks like he’s on holiday with the family
