Donald's £37m is a price tag for the sale of Sunderland by Madrox. If, however, Fuhrman was to buy Donald's 74% of Madrox, the price tag could change considerably. As of July 2019, Donald's personal cost (primarily loans from him to Madrox) was £11.2m, not £37m.

And if you take into account that the investment loan was to his organisation, it makes it way less complicated. As you've rightly said for a while FPP hold the cards. It sounds like they've really boxed clever with this.

i think most could see that FPP had all the cards last years when it ended up with this loan..I'm still waiting for the RR boys to come clean as to who actually told them , when the broke the takeover news/ my guess it was Donald who then proceed to fuck things up.. No FPP held the cards and have done so since Donny took the loan out.

Donald looks like he could get dipped in the arse by this ... the notion of 37m was him desperately hoping somebody dumber than he would be mad enough to take it at inflated price

His price took into account paying back the TV money they had manoeuvred and the FPP loan so there is a bit of flex within the price ie taking on the loan and especially if its FPP whose loan it is.

Covid 19 devaluation must be biting as much a fanbase thats become disillusioned and withdrawn significant financial support
