I honestly believe he wants to run the club on the lowest budget possible till he somehow gets lucky with promotion.
He will then flip it at the earliest opportunity for a profit in a higher league.

Hes been there for a while already I would guess. He will of course be lapping up our frustration/annoyance with everything going on at the minute. We are the ones hurting in this... at the end of the day he holds the cards and we are just spectators.... Already said this based on someone who classes him as a 'friend' and 'nice guy'. Im sure he is both to the individual concerned, as what SD does has no impact on him personally (or professionally). They (Methven/SD/Satori) saw Sunderland as a quick flip opportunity like buying a house that had just been repossessed. Except the buildings foundations have come undone and he wont get what he/they paid or want for it
