I mean if they didn't there is no NDA. And there has to be for him to get to the stage where a bid has been accepted or any sharing of information between the two parties is possible. If not, Donald could say the names of these alleged blue chip investors, or Storey could publicly name the other parties involved.

So reading between the lines there looks to be what seems like a cracking offer on the table for the club to move forward and develop but as it's not in SD's best interests this counter offer from Storey could be in with a chance...?

Interesting that a poster has referred to the Middle East and BEIN Sports being involved in this current offer with exclusivity, dunno whether that claim has been backed up or not..?

Also if this current offer has exclusivity how long does this last for and surely no counter offer can be considered or entertained during this period..?
