With respect, it has been in many nationals over last couple of weeks. It's not the first and won't be the last time he uses other organisations platforms to try and raise his own
But I still fail to see what he gains from it? “Oh he’s trying to buy Sunderland but has no money to do it”. This is all very strange.

He's just the front man. Another ex player involved.
Whilst I'm all for deals being kept quiet until they're signed, sealed and delivered to avoid another FPP type disappointment mate, if the group that MG and another ex player is involved in has clearly the best offer, then if Donald is playing silly buggers and operating his well versed cloak and daggers game, they'll have to call him out surely?
Is the ex player other than Mickey that you say is involved, an ex SAFC player?

Fans and people like roker report forced Donald out, but sometimes the grass isn’t always greener on the other side

only have yourselves to blame!

Nah mate, Donald has himself to blame.

I'd have took another season in this tin pot league if he'd been honest from the start and we had some semblance of a plan. Instead everything has been short term and with the end goal of selling the club for a profit.

If he sells to Storey, Stewart Donald and his merry band of goons will be responsible for another Bury situation in my opinion and I hope he can live with himself.

Pure speculation but summarising from what has been said / hinted at on here:

Two bidding groups. One Storey with as yet unknown blue chip backers. The second group possibly fronted by Micky Gray / Nicky Summerbee / Chris Makin. I guess that their backers could be the Kuwait lot which would tie in with Louise Taylor’s colleague’s comments and close to where those three ex-players now live / work (Dubai).
