this. any new owners will want the dirty work of redundancies and cuts done for them by the outgoing regime, gives them a clean slate to begin their stint. I hope this is whats going on at the moment anyway.

In theory it does, although I wonder how much interest Donald would have. After all, he's been there, done that, failed and lost a lot of money in the process. Having been involved higher up the pyramid you wonder if he'd really want to go back. I can imagine going to Oxford would have an appeal, but I can't see him going back to Eastleigh again. Could be wrong like, it just strikes me as unlikely. Unless he thinks he's learned loads I doubt he'll want to risk losing a load of money again!

Yeah Stewart basically sold the club to family and friends for 1 quid when he left also he still owns the land around the ground as well as the restaurant as well. I have been made aware he will be coming back once he sold Sunderland.

Rumours down here that Stewart will be back with Eastleigh by start of next week so seems like a Sunderland sale is very close.
