I’ve no issue with you at all, you’re clearly a huge Sunderland fan and decent bloke and a few posters I know seem to vouch for you. However I’m yet to see you release any news. Lots of cryptic stuff, like the above but nothing concrete. You must understand why most of the board doubts you man. Surely?

I'm not hedging my bets on any of the possible scenarios and not getting my hopes built up, my personal preference would be 1 or 3 of the FPP group alongside a local figurehead such as the O'Briens. Obviously don't want any of Campbell, Yu or the energy drink nutjob but not sure there's anyone else of decent ilk interested in us. Can't see Sartori suddenly being interested and don't want anyone just buying a portion of Donald's shares and him remaining.
I'm also not ruling out there is nothing happening and Barnes has got it wrong although I am in denial tbh about this possibility.

Bob I know u know people in football that I know also but in my humble opinion you should stop posting things here as no one believes you anyway. For the record the people who I know in football have all said nothing is happening. That may be because they don’t know if anything is happening or maybe they cannot say anything. My source has always been very well connected with the club and knows what is going on in football everywhere it’s his job to.

From what little I can piece together, it sounds like most are suggesting there won't be a takeover in terms of new people coming in. Which would lead me to think either Barnes is totally wrong and nowt is happening, or it's someone internal taking most (maybe not all) of Donald's shares. The only one who would make sense would be Sartori if he is actually moving here eventually. Maybe he's been off the radar a bit to try and disassociate himself from the current owners. But if it was him, as you say, there wouldn't be any need for an NDA. I'm leaning towards thinking nowt is happening tbh.

Pick your farley rusks up and put them back in your cot, not everyone has slagged you or even interacted with you. If you've issues with certain posters then deal with them rather than drag everyone into the same boat.
