I'm a bit surprised that SD is at an open forum at a time like this. Maybe he thinks he has been on radio silence for long enough?

Whatever his reasons, if he says that nothing is signed, then we have to assume that nothing is signed. This is not a rumour, and introduces an "if" into the matter when none seemed there before, including from SD's own initial assertions that exciting times lay ahead.

We'll see soon enough no doubt, but it looks as if there is some sort of log jam which will need clearing before any deal can be finalised.

Haters guna hate, but I am quite close to a member of the '' first team '' and have listened to his opinions regarding HIS future at the club and without making you lot think that I am '' ITK '' which I certainly am not, nothing more than a childhood friend of a player who's done well for himself at Sunderland, he understands he's got new employers at the very top and that's is, nothings changed day to day and believes it won't change any time soon. I've knew this since the day I joined the forum but been reluctant to post after seeing how some on here get absolutely shot to shit for no more than sharing there beliefs and info they've been very lucky to recieve.. All im guna say is October 5th.. He could be wrong himself but am posting this when a really shouldn't, he's one of my best mates but a hate to see everyone on here clutching at peoples guesses. That is all. I enjoy carp fishing. So does my mate 😉 hes also the only lad on our overnight carp sesh who doesnt bring 8 Stella.. Just wish he was as good at footy as he was as catching carp.. And no its not M** f***ing P****
