It's crackers to think that any business owner would spill the beans publicly on a deal worth millions before pen has been put to paper.

Of course he knows more than he is letting on but he would be daft to start talking as though it is done and dusted and potentially putting words in the mouths of the prospective owners in relation to strategies/levels of investment etc. Such a move could easily scupper the whole thing.

I think the fact that these americans have registered a business in their name at companies house tells us that they are doing more than just kicking the tyres. I'm also sure they would publicly distance themselves from the rumours if there was nothing to them.

These things take time if you want to do things correctly, see Mike Ashley's acquisition of them up the road for a case study in how not to do it.

Also, the talk of the Nathan O'Brien appointment might be an initiative of the current owners and the new lot want to understand whether that is the right move for them, or alternatively get their own appointments lined up. It's hard to argue that we don't need to strengthen on the commercial side of things and i'm sure they would want to hit the ground running.

Not606 mentioning Donald talking about it being 50/50 and 'other buyers'
Fuxks going on

Mind, I think the fake sheikh did the same with the scum.

No - Staveley set up a company called Cantervale when she was rumoured to be taking it over but that was actually just another trading company. It’s trading now - just coincidence that she incorporated a new company when she was rumoured to be involved with the mags.

I agree, there's definitely a possibility of the takeover going through, I just don't think the set up of a holding company is that big of a deal on it's own.
Currently they're moving people out of the club, I don't think they'd be doing that if they didn't want to buy it.

Personally think they want full control and there are other people they want running three club, people who are genuine lads fans....

Werv bin dun.
We haven't like, it's already general knowledge within the club and within who actually needs to know that Stewart Donald doesn't own us anymore. People hoping these billionaires are guna buy us out of league one and into the Prem are well from the mark. Nowts changed at the club for now and promises have been made that extra support will arrive in good time. That's it. Nowt more nowt less. Now ready for all the tatties that know more than me. 😁
