Leo Pearlman said last week that his crew haven't been recording this season, but that if there was a takeover they would be there to capture some insightful footage. Fingers crossed it was netflix and not Tyne Tees.

Tyne Tees and other news programs use ENG cameras. That one in the Instagram definitely wasn't.

Also, just being a bit pedantic here but it would be Fulwell 73 doing it for Netflix and not Netflix cameras or crew.

Aye I just saw the post after yours on here, canny interesting and I may as well share it here as it will be eventually anyway.

My brother eventually got in touch with his mate (Nathan O’Brien) who confirmed he’s now on the board as a none executive director. Apparently they approached Gordon 1st but he’s to busy with the business. Nathan ran the waste management side but recently sold it to a national company for millions. Good lad with a good business head think he’s only 38yrs old. Asked about when it’s to be announced but even he didn’t know. Sure this is old news but just passing on what I’ve been told this morning.

I'd rather read about Sir Rowell Cummins PMs than this shite and it seems many others do also given the many members who joined the other place to get away from it here. You got banned within a day as did another from this thread and it makes the thread a lot easier to read. I think 99.9% of people reading this thread don't need to be told numerous times that people don't believe the so called ITK's and they know it's done or will only believe it when it's officially announced.

In case you didn't notice, this is a thread called 'Takeover Latest' so will contain all sorts of info, some believable, some not believable and some pure shits. If you can't give it a rest and ignore it then all I can suggest is that you wait for a thread called 'Takeover Completed'

I’ve been told that senior people are being let go because the takeover is complete. Once that’s done it’ll be announced. I know for a 100% fact someone in a very senior position (but not a Director) is leaving today. But I’ve no idea when the announcement is coming

Thats sorta a fair mate except that the main thing is that he shouldnt be defending himself but only clarifying the stuff he posts without resorting to insults because someone asks for clarification or questions his fiats.I t appears to me that he does not takr critique well and the folk who ask him about his musings most are not as he puts it wums ,mags or out to make mischief!

Yes its already been shot - the cameraman was at Wembley to shoot the end of the second series but confirmed there were no plans to do any more - however he did not get the ending they wanted re promotion so perhaps this becomes the ending.

If this is true about one of the O’Brien’s being appointed as non executive director, who is doing the appointing here?

it seems bizarre to me that American finance and tech giants would buy a football club and agree to the appointment of a successful Wearside salvage dealer to the board. Could it be related to the development of the Sheepfolds?
