In takeovers of this size and with the scrutiny it’s likely to get from the media, it’s more than supposition that there’ll be an NDA in place.

I dont think thats true fella not in this case..there are not companies competing to takeover safc and thre is no state company secrets to pass on i dont get the advantage of secrecy in our case...........They might be in place because thats what the big business do as a default , but what harm would happen if don was to say in the media yes i have accepted an offer from the delltastics and its in the hands of the lawyers to complete the deal .If the club reads this takeover thread they will see that lots of people on here believe that the new owners are going to propel us into the stratosphere in footballing terms and if this doesnt materialise and the takeover is just a damp squibb as ross has alludes to thare are going to be a lot of dissapointed people!Who is going to admonish reivers source?I think this NDA thing is overblown as i cannot really accept that you are right on anything steve as that might just shift the earth of its axis!:lol::lol:

Surely though all we can get are players not able to make the championship teams or they’d play in the championship. I’d hope so or they’d be here just for money or have personality defects. To get championship level players we need to sign players on the way up or to get promoted by getting the best out of whatever can get.

Sorry for arguing with a mod and i know im risking a ban pancho!.. but i disagree with you this stuff gets out and it depends what you are talking about when you mean "exactly" i agree only the people involved know the crossing the t and dotting the I's of the deal ..but when it comes to a binary choice of has the deal been completed ,signed ect or not this stuff gets out..they tell the family ,the butler overhears it yadda yadda yadda!...........anyway how is lefty these days?

Not necessarily. There was a period of about a month between the championship window closing and the L1 window closing. Given our infrastructure and facilities here, I’d be surprised if we couldn’t sign better quality players.
