I hope it happens very quickly. We need a new direction.
We need A DIRECTION, we seem to have no idea what we are doing. That can only go back to one man ,Jack Ross, he seems to drain any sort of spark of creativity out of players. It is not defensive, the players look as if whatever the manager is telling them to do is just not registering as they seem to not know what they are supposed to be doing in their own particular role. Lost the dressing room.

Yes, but if the "final say" is just choosing between the absolute crap Coton lines up for you it's not quite fair to say he's in control of transfers.
Same as when Congerton was here. Both Poyet and Advocaat were vocal about not wanting certain players but it they had to pick the best from a bad bunch presented to them by the recruitment team. Advocaat didn't even know what position Borini played.

It's only because of the impending takeover that Jack Ross hasn't gone. In my opinion!.
...and its almost as if Ross knows it.
f***ing hell mate, we'd be staring down into the abyss now. This takeover will be more welcome than SD's and most people thought that was momentous. This place would melt if it all fell through now.

Unfortunately I also think that it’s time for Donald, methven, Ross, coton, Hill, tea lady etc. to depart IF/WHEN the takeover occurs. I’ve lost confidence in them.

Did the Stadium tour today (very good btw- would highly reccommend!)
Tried to glean some info from the guide and he didnt have a clue about the takeover.. He did say that Campbell, the last potential investor had already picked his office etc.
He also said of all the owners recently, only Ellis Short sent someone to ask how things were going etc.
Also, they had the Bolton game on the screens by the pitch- wonder why they do that?
