That's it for me, like.

After all those sliding doors moments we've had with Etihad, BZG etc we're stuck with the devil himself. These pricks get the dream takeover. It's so unfair, I'll be p*ssed of until the day I die.

Loving this watching the mag message board like hahaha

Delicious

Agreed the FPP Sunderland companies house documentation is genuine
But the truth is anybody can form a company at very little cost and file documents at Companies house I have formed lots in my time for many different clients
However not all companies go on to trade or go further than some basic filing documents
This new company may or may not have been formed
To take over the activities of the football club
Until someone has stated or has had sight of the actual documents of this new company’s agreement to acquire the company of Sunderland football club and its activities this newly formed company means nowt
For example if the deal and agreement broke down between the prospective buyers and Donald and co
FPP Sunderland could virtually just be torn up and an application be made to strike it off made
So I’m just saying until there is acknowledgment of a written agreement between both parties the formation of this new company is not proof in itself of a deal been done

FFS...just for a minute, throw caution to the wind and have a little dream man! 🙄😂

It need not be announced by the club until they are ready but Companies house have registered the MSD people and that is lodged at companies house and there for is legitimate. the transfer will be done, if not already in the minute books of both Maddrox and FPP Sunderland. That is not shown on CH...because its registered its done.
Thats not strictly correct. Its probably right, but just because they have registered the holding company doesnt mean the holding company now owns the club.
