At least it's not Haddaway and Shite like most of the mags potential owners. The company was registered by Latham and Watkins. The lawyers presumably acting on their behalf
Fuck 'emThe Cronic's gone into melt down with every f***ing writer trying to put a negative spin on every article..
it's f***ing great.
Agreed the FPP Sunderland companies house documentation is genuine
But the truth is anybody can form a company at very little cost and file documents at Companies house I have formed lots in my time for many different clients
However not all companies go on to trade or go further than some basic filing documents
This new company may or may not have been formed
To take over the activities of the football club
Until someone has stated or has had sight of the actual documents of this new company’s agreement to acquire the company of Sunderland football club and its activities this newly formed company means nowt
For example if the deal and agreement broke down between the prospective buyers and Donald and co
FPP Sunderland could virtually just be torn up and an application be made to strike it off made
So I’m just saying until there is acknowledgment of a written agreement between both parties the formation of this new company is not proof in itself of a deal been done
At least it's not Haddaway and Shite like most of the mags potential owners.

Appreciate all that but any update as to what gear you’ve got on?Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.
Most of our fans are away well before thatI do dream but being a fan for more years than I can remember I leave it until the final whistle has blown
You're dreading getting into Europe.I sometimes feel like I'm the only Sunderland fan that's not that excited about this. It might make a difference if we get out of this dreadful league I suppose.
Did you not see the original thread, you're not the only one don't worry about that![]()

"But it seems like the businessmen did not think too hard about where they registered their American holding company. Ironically the US company’s address is registered to Wilmington, in the county New Castle"The Cronic's gone into melt down with every f***ing writer trying to put a negative spin on every article..

Eventually being a half decent prem team that aren't looking at other results after 2 games of the season worrying about relegations will do me in the long termReally exciting times ahead.
Be interesting to hear their plans.
