So explain to me (quickly as i know you have something slightly significant to get excited over) how you are wealthier than City. Or have i misunderstood?
Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.

Dell not on the list, however I don't understand how these things work anyway!
If dell is involved and you only go off owners wealth. Then yes we would be. However I don't think he is fully involved. However these other blokes have enough money to compete up there for the most part.So explain to me (quickly as i know you have something slightly significant to get excited over) how you are wealthier than City. But the English company doesn’t yet own any shares in safc which is what I was getting at.People are getting confused because it says the new english company is owned 75% (or more) by the new american company. It's actually 100% because the english company only has 1 share. We don't know who owns the new american company or what proportion of club shares the new english company will own.
Don't know, don't care. But we have something to look forward to, at long last.So explain to me (quickly as i know you have something slightly significant to get excited over) how you are wealthier than City. Or have i misunderstood?
Wonder what the thing Reiver mentioned that would devastate the mags
Being a director has nothing to do with how many shares you own. Tony Davison is a director of Sunderland and owns no shares at all. Mike Ashley owns 100% of Newcastle and is not a Director.

Are you a NED?Exactly, a couple of examples, I'm a Director of an overseas company that I have no shares in and I'm a shareholder of another company that I have a "Director" job title within but I'm not a real "Director"![]()
.......That should confuse a few.

So as I understand it these lads have shelled out £1 plus admin on setting up a U.K. registered company as a holding company with which to buy all or some of safc. Which at least proves this whole thing hasn’t been someone’s fantasy or wind up.
It still hasn’t officially happened but we are one step closer.
Just perhaps they were serious and Ashley fucked it up.Wonder what the thing Reiver mentioned that would devastate the mags
