SAFC Takeover Latest

There will be a catastrophic meltdown on here if this takeover went tits up.

If this takeover fails.... Meltdowns will ensue.

Don't speak for everyone.

I will be extremely gutted and frankly crest-fallen but it would hardly come as a surprise. Any time we have tried to do something that is a sign of intent we intend to be better than what we are hasn't worked out.

Even if it does happen, how do we know we are going to spend our way up the leagues?
Just because a so-called “itk” on here said so, really?
There are several clubs in the league who are owned by billionaires, yet you wouldn't know it judging by what they spend.
Always look on the bright side of life … Being owned by billionaires is miles better than being owned by a pauper surely … :)

These people are hard nosed investors. They are looking at potential with massive profits in the long-term.

A few crap results and a shit manager isn’t going to influence them.

If anything it gives them a reason to sack Ross and get their own man in quicker than they originally anticipated.

You've been here long enough to know how quickly things can turn nasty on here, anyway we're all just waiting for the big public announcement, just a waiting game ;)👍

If this takeover doesn't happen we're going to be down here for a very long time.

Our fall from grace has been really dramatic and it was only 15 months or so ago since we were on the precipice of the abyss which could have meant a Bolton type situation. As for being "down here a long time" well, look at both Leeds Utd and Sheffield Utd, there fall was just as dramatic as ours, they survived and progressed. If the takeover stalls and I hope not, why WITH THE CORRECT LEADERSHIP, should we not do the same?

The current owners clearly arent the correct leadership though.
