Hopefully mate. Cant see the new owners wanting a Scottish league 2 manager in charge of our future when he is totally out if his depth here

Not sure on the cost but the registration address is the giveaway to me.

Just set up a company in Oz (so the rules may be different) but the physical address is important, for example it can't be a post office box address.

I think that people are getting at the fact BZG set up a holding company to buy Newcastle same as this one in New Castle Delaware or whatever. This is completely different to that instance by the fact that it is also on Companies House website and has our ground as it's registered address.

The New Castle Delaware is where FPP have set up their US company.

I'm not even sure if the awabs set one up at all.

They did. It was registered at their solicitors under the name ‘Monochrome Acquisitions’
