There appears to be much panic that the deal isn't done yet.
The holding company was only set up on Monday.....these deals (I would guess) take time, although I'd assume a crapload of diligence will have been done... it isn't like buying from a shop....the only news to me that could be given imminently, is if it had collapsed....which at this moment...it wouldn't appear to have.
The announcement confirming the takeover will surely happen once everything is complete.

Yes, I want it to go through desperately....but unless I hear differently, I'll assume everything is on track....including the monorail.
