Today is another example of the issues that the club have caused for fans.
I know of a family who have 4 match tickets, however, 3 in the lower tier and the youngest child (8 year old) is in the upper tier as he had 12 points so they were able to purchase his ticket in the 10+ phase.
The rules were you couldn’t buy an under 14 ticket without an adult ticket. Why and when did the club change these rules?
So the family had to decide what to do and given the scenario with ID checks they’ve decided not to use the tickets and throw away better part of £120, as they’re fearful of swapping a ticket with a friend so all 4 could be in the same tier. They decided the loss of £120 was the better option rather than risking losing their season ticket if selected for an ID check.
Surely it’s a breach of safeguarding rules by the club enabling a child to attend a game without appropriate adult supervision.
