A foreign office source has told Sky News that the meeting between Foreign Secretary Liz Truss and the Russian ambassador was "heated".The ambassador was summoned to speak to Ms Truss earlier today.
"It was a heated meeting. Liz kicked him out early. Said he should be ashamed of himself, that Russia has lied repeatedly and lost its last shred of credibility with the international community," a source from the department told Sky News.
