Where do you think realistic targets would be? London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh…
So where really would be a good place to go?

2 kids with his ex wife 3 with his mistress and 2 grandkidsDoes Putin have any children and grandchildren? No chance of him wanting to risk a nuclear war if he does.
Two daughters I believe soDoes Putin have any children and grandchildren? No chance of him wanting to risk a nuclear war if he does.
imagine fishing after that. A 16 foot mackerel with legs and 3 eyes chews ya head off'We're used to wild weather, but there can't be anything stranger than the events of 24 August 1918 in Sunderland.
It rained fish! For 10 minutes frozen sand eels pelted the people of Hendon as they ran for cover.'

What was the alternative? Let him March through Ukraine without doing anything about it? Cos that wouldn’t have escalated!
Had they just heard a bit of your poetry ?'We're used to wild weather, but there can't be anything stranger than the events of 24 August 1918 in Sunderland.

you won't get far in 20 minutes, best take back the tinned food and buy spirits, I've never tried illegal substances but I think I can find some within 10 minutes from hereIf it happens I’m getting in my car and driving north. Just filled up my car and been shops to buy lots of tinned food.
In an ideal world with unicorns and rainbows, yes absolutely.
In reality...
Depends if you think that small, fairly irrelevant countries (sorry Ukraine) should be allowed to do what they like regardless of external factors. If it comes down to WW3 or Ukraine agrees not to join NATO than anyone with a brain would insist on the latter.
they're all in range of Russia just sat in port - thats what ICBM meanshad a quick look around, happy to be corrected:
The US has 14 nuclear armed submarines each capable of carrying 24 nuclear missiles
The UK has 4 subs capable of carrying up to 16(?) nuclear missiles each.
Pretty sure all the above missiles can carry multiple warheads each.
You can bet a fair few of them will be within range of Russia right now
Never mind cruise missiles capable of delivering multiple nuclear warheads by land sea or air.
The nuclear capability of countries like the US, Russia, France and the UK is terrifying
Something something pop musicWhat about Peckham?
I was talking from a Western perspective. It obviously has huge strategic importance to Russia but not to us, which is why it was stupid to let this escalate. Unless we're playing 4D chess here and banking on this resulting in Putin being taken out.
Oh crikeyNah

The Nuclear Secrest series on BBC back in 2007 was an interesting watch. There were 5 episodes and the 1st episode was about Oleg Penkovsky passing on secrets to the US during the Cuban Missile Crisis.I don’t think anyone’s getting nuked
Some fascinating stories mind of how close it came during the Cold War. Two peoples individual decisions likely avoided a nuclear exchange

Look up the Budapest Memorandum. The alternative was to never let it get to that point in the first place. This could have all been avoided years ago with some sort of agreement barring Ukraine from joining NATO for x amount of years. If Putin had still gone in despite such an agreement then fair enough but I don't think he would have.
