Appreciate your opinion mate, Stewart last season if I had stayed fit would probably have scored in excess of 25 goals. If the lad from Coventry went for was it £25m, how much is Stewart worth and how much will he be worth if he has a good season?
 
Absolute joke if we don’t offer him £20k a week. Absolute pittance for a striker of his calibre and if that’s all he wants and we sell for £8m then this club has gone to the pits and there is no ambition whatsoever left here.

Would be right up there with the worst decisions the clubs ever made to lose a potential £40m player for that

The reality is that clubs allow this to happen.

We've looked after him through two bad injuries. If he wants to be a twat after that then we should respond accordingly.

Exactly this. He’s easily worth the £25m Gyokeres went for (who was also in the last year of his contract). Very narrow minded for the club to lose the undoubted best striker in the league like this

We’ve offered 15k, which is our limit, as per many sources, and he wants 20k. It’s pathetic and an utterly incompetent way to lose your best player and to run a football club.

Don’t worry though we can play Bellingham up front all season cos he scored 2 goals that one time
