To be honest I'm not that fussed. We won the WC in 2003 then were average for over a decade.

I'd rather build a team of consistent excellence who win most of the time. This team can do that, very young, talent is there experience will build. Rather be the All Whites as it were and have that kind of record, be a team who are no 1 and who properly own that and maintain it rather than shirk it, no English team have ever done that in any sport.

This team has the potential to build and become a real force over the next few years. This experience will be a a huge motivation for them to improve and go one better in 4 years time.

Our players gave their all, unfortunately Jones was at fault by not sorting our Scrum problem out much earlier. We gave away so many points through penalties against our scrum which led to scorboard pressure.
