It shows how completely muddled their thinking is, despite all their talk.

I could understand a shortlist made up of, say, Roy Keane, Duncan Ferguson, and John Terry.

I could understand a shortlist made up of, say, Grant McCann, Paul Cook and Neil Warnock.

I could understand a shortlist made up of three Under 23 coaches from Premier League sides.

But as their shortlist is made up of two absolute polar opposites, it's blatantly obvious that they haven't got a clue what they are looking for, other than the usual recruitment model under Stewart Donald - first look at who is available, next look at who is cheap.
I think McCann & Neil are similar, with experience in English L1/Champ. I think Keane's interest maybe surprised them a bit and has thrown a bit of a spanner in as you say

Yeah normally they'd tweet stuff about training for tomorrow or something and they've not said anything since sunday afternoon?
How does it make any sense though?

The social media bairn doing the negotiations?

“They're all ****ing themselves silly over the possibility of Roy Keane over on their bonkers forum. If they want a dour irishman they'd be better off with one that's got a team up from league 1 before”

From the Hull forum
They dont seem to like mccann, always a good sign

We all know how it ends
Why not -something changed?
Havnt a clue just what i think
