i dont think chimbonda was a good signing..gordon was a good signing but they overpaid...ferdidnand had one good season..depends how much he cost whether he was a good signing..

lads on a league of ireland podcast i listeb to were joking that keane being a manager would bosot the leagues finances as he could overpau for more shite from it.
With regards to the League of Ireland players, O'Donovan apart, they were generally decent buys. Meyler and Murphy did a job (I wasn't a fan of Murphy mind) and Hourihane has had a good career.

Hopefully you are right.

However, the way we are heading we could miss out on the play offs. We are fiddling whilst Rome burns.

If we dont go up this season any decent layers will be gone and we start from scratch agin in the summer.

A fifth season in this league is a disgrace for this club. Nigh on 40,000 people there yesterday. We really have to stop accepting mediocrity.
I don't disagree with any of this, and I get why people are so pissed off. I am too. I just don't think it's helpful when some others on here are chatting absolute shite out of a combination of irritation and boredom. As ever, we know very little about what goes on at board-room level, and it's almost certainly far more boring than it is usually described on here.

Does Speakman realise he’s hiring a f***ing football manager at the dying end of the season and not some random f***ing admin assistant
I heard he moved Keane’s first interview back by a week cos he was Struggling to find time to complete his daily Wordle

It beggars belief mate

Nobody is saying Keane is the Messsiah so stop that stupid talke eh?

What we need is someone to come into the club and give some of them player a kick up the arse.

They got the last manager the sack by downing tools and then had the neck to complain to Speakman about the Club sacking him.

Nigh on 40,000 there yesterday and we see an inept and gutless performance. We need someone to come in and set standards.
Why was Keane unable to set standards at Ipswich Forest and Ireland?

because under the law of the uk when a loan is taken out against a fixed asset its registered with companies house..and sbc loan was.
i think quinnys guy did it as well..they certainly had a loan.
I will ask you again, if you are not Salmon Pants, how would you know that the loan was not to fix a lift?

If they think the fans are restless now, if we get beat on Tuesday without a Manager, not only will the knives be out for Speakman, KLD will start to take flak too. Get it sorted out pdq.
And rightly so mind
Sick of being told we are impatient

im staggered anyopne would think a job of that seniority is handed out any other way. and its to keanes advantage they do..he should interview better than nay of the others.

I forgot you dont follow football!........... I would suggest less than 0.00000000000000001% of football managerial positions are appointed with the benefit of a second interview. I would also suggest that over 80% of those appointed were the employers first choice prior to interview and the rest are just head hunted and appointed.Football is noyt like most other businesses and you cannot apply the usual business norms to it.
