I've obviously missunderstood your post.

In answer to the question: absolutely not, I think even Keane is a coup for us. If he got the Norwich, Sheff United, or Watford jobs whilst they were vacant in the Prem I don't think it would have been too surprising.

FWIW I share your view. In fact I'd take it a little further, he used Short's abrupt manner as an excuse to flee the mess he'd made, for possibly the first time in his life he was staring at a potential failure of his own making and he couldn't deal with it. I'm hoping he has accepted the fact that he's human, that he has flaws and we'll get to see a more rounded wiser individual in our dug out. He's an intelligent man, a winner, the potential benefits could be immense for us. Fingers crossed here.

This is how I feel. Never have I been so inspired in waiting for the outcome.

He isn't even here yet and we are already fully behind being a great football club again. We are a great football club. Even just the possibility of Roy Keane returning makes us believe we can be great again. This is just an inkling of what we might be, of what might happen if he is appointed. If he takes the job then he believes and who can fail to believe when Roy Maurice Keane signs on the line and tells us we have the right to believe again.

If he gets here, he will tell us we can be great and who wants to tell him he's wrong.

I'm all in on Roy Keane. Let it happen.

Must have because I don’t only have fond memories of Keane. The problem he had, like many others was getting players to come to the club! Diouf was a decent footballer!

He gave us one of the best seasons I've witnessed but let's not pretend the knives weren't out on here as we were crashing to ignominious defeats at home to the likes of Pompey, West Ham? and finally by Bolton. As it happens I was defending him at the time, something I've grown accustomed to on here. We'd won what, three games in fourteen? People were talking about how you could see his madness consuming him, measuring it by the length of his beard. My take at the time was that he was under pressure and he couldn't handle it. Suffice to say I was massively disappointed.

Completely new model these days. In most interviews Keane admits he got some recruitment right and some wrong which was ultimately his downfall. I think the support he has from the recruitment team model will be a big help.

I agree. Leave him to team matters and let's see what he's got, as I've said if he's learned anything from his previous stints we could be on our way to something special.

We have interviewed the dross who have no jobs McCann,Lennon,Neil but KLD wanted Roy why the fuck would we interview aresoles it make absolutely no sense new owners same shite ,all we have for 500 pages is will Roy come or not ,McCann been interviewed,yes I want Roy 100% but if KKD has decided to interview the dross who have been named in the press why waste time
