I think in the Flores case is he knew he didn’t even have the job before he had his interview, that’s seems to be his biggest bugbear.
 
If the keane appointment was a far on as we are led to believe i wouldnt have thought some of these lot who are attending interviews would bother tha arses. I really dont think its as nearly done as people make out. Be gutted if it dosnt come off now i have let myself be drawn in by the 'itk's".
