Is Keane supposed to be working as a pundit tonight?
Bearing in mind all the crimes you've solved for Thames Valley Police over the years, I think you've earned the odd booze-induced coma....We might cross paths at some point down the line. Not sure where our next one is. It’s the wife’s (no) and daughter’s also no) thing really. I’m just transport and I get us set up, film our bit in the ring, etc. I do enjoy it, but most of the time I just want to kip if I’m honest!![]()
I know I’ve lived away for a lot of years but that’s an awful lot of ground movement there mind.I’m at Darlington Dog Show in Stanley on the morning.
The EFL mandate that at least one person from a BAME background should be interviewed for any first team position when multiple candidates are involved. There are loopholes though - for example West Brom said that Bruce was the only candidate.what?
Tin hat on, but it’s a bit condescending and patronising, isn’t it? I understand why the rule exists, and it’s sad that in 2022 it even has to be discussed, but it doesn’t seem right to interview people when you’ve no intention of hiring them just to conform to a rule. It’s wasting everybody’s time.Just completing the BAME protocols. Patience.
I remember spending £13 and getting a bollocking of my dad to find out "£1MILLION STRIKER SIGNS!!!!!!!!!". Was Marco Gabbiadini getting a new long term contract.Club call was a right teasing prick.
Some people take this far too seriously, it'll be done when it's done.
God forbid they were around the days of no internet and had to wait for the echo.....................................
Completely agree, if I was black manager going for an interview I wouldn’t be able to help but think “am i here because they need me to be or because they like me as a manager”Tin hat on, but it’s a bit condescending and patronising, isn’t it? Well they shouldn't have a supposed north east reporter who's only interest is the scumI reckon it will be live during the ITV match. Mind ... that'll piss off Sky![]()
Couldn’t agree more,in fact we’ve gone above and beyondWe've already interviewed Lennon who meets the criteria due to being ginger.

Guess they feel it's better to have a rule like this rather than people have the opportunity to widely discriminate and ride roughshod over others, knowingly or not.Tin hat on, but it’s a bit condescending and patronising, isn’t it? The ongoing NFL case involving Brian Flores might prove interesting....Tin hat on, but it’s a bit condescending and patronising, isn’t it? Yes, it’s a strange regulation that places BAME obligations on clubs but only when multiple candidates are being considered. Easy to ignore thereforeThe EFL mandate that at least one person from a BAME background should be interviewed for any first team position when multiple candidates are involved. There are loopholes though - for example West Brom said that Bruce was the only candidate.
I guess the view is that you have to force these things initially, so eventually you don't have to?Tin hat on, but it’s a bit condescending and patronising, isn’t it?
