Ha'way man, it's all done. Media teasing is the same as we did with Defoe. Gets bums on seats...

Did they have a Headof Recruitment? They had a Head of Football, same job different title.

And you guessed it…that went to Richard Hill, ex Eastleigh manager
the head of recruitment was tony coton, no known connection to eastleigh..seems to have been poor at his job though.

Laughlin has just had a massive operation apparently that’s why he left Burnley, it’s no coincidence that Burnley have struggled without him. Also Gary Bowyer is at Salford and I know Keane rates him very highly and they’re good friends.

I think Keane will have a ‘vision’ and ‘philosophy’ but it will be one where he wants to get results, we won’t play 442 like last time he was here. For me he just needs good coaches, be interesting to see if he gets it, who he brings in as I’m unsure his contact book will be what it once was
Got my fingers crossed. It’s the perfect time for us (need a lift for the final push and no one else who is decent available) and opportunity for him (seems to have been overlooked when jobs come up, but we are a big club if he can get us going) to rebuild his career which he has said he wants to do.

Hoping KLD pulls rank and gets it done.

Took him to Ipswich and he’s much more experienced at a higher level now. I’d be a little worried if he didn’t come, like MON without John Robertson.
isnt lougfirstteam coach at burnley? would he want to come here? normally i would say no chance but burnley are a bit of a mess now

I did my second coaching qual with Ronnie Jepson. Cracking lad. Course ran by Steve Holland.
Did the next one on the ladder with Garth Crooks. What a twat. Used to start every routine with ‘when I played for England’. At the start we were excited to see him. At the end he was eating lunch on his own. Day dreaming about playing for England.
