Look at the beatings we took and the off field discipline problems. We stayed up with two games to go and I was happy with that but not what I would call successful. People think his hard man approach will sort out our weak mentality. I didn't then and it won't now.
We were a newly promoted side who struggled to attract players. I'm sure you're aware our previous 2 season's at that level amassed 34 points. He done really well to keep us up. Also there was more to it than just being a 'hard man'

Theres a lot more to Keane than a “hardman approach” imo.

As for weak mentality, you don’t score as many late goals or come back from behind as much as we did during that period if you have a weak mentality, and that was down to Keane

I'm sure the players will be fine, most of the young lads should be buzzing about working with Roy Keane rather than some run of the mill league one plodder. Ultimately we as a club need standards. We shouldn't be in this division and we won't get out of it without having people here who think it's unacceptable to stay a minute longer than we have to. I can't wait to know that someone with keanes standards is in the dressing room. Speakman ensuring we're on the right course long term, but Keane making sure that isn't at the expense of doing what we have to do in the short term. KLD will have another vastly experienced football person at the club, one who isn't a bull shitter, who doesn't need the money and is here for the right reasons and genuinely craves success. I might be being hopelessly optimistic but I really think this is going to be great for us.

It doesn't harm that Keane has sounded genuinely hurt about not getting many chances in management when others are never off the merry-go-round. He will be grateful that, once again, Sunderland are the ones that have given him a chance. Safe to say he already liked the club. Whether he can achieve success no one knows, but the fact is it looks like we're going to have an incredibly hungry, motivated Roy Keane in the dugout, setting the standards and wanting to prove himself especially for this club. I can't f***ing wait.

Keane loves no one but himself, why are people so blinkered, except getting us promoted and would have took us down, what had he done, I remember reading how awful he was with Ipswich players, sadly players today are snowflakes and don't like being shouted at , bless it's managers like Klopp and pep who visibly put an arm around players and encourage, the strong , and man's football of the great bygone era has gone, keane is not a manager for today's players, time will tell and I will gladly put to shame if I'm wrong.
Is this the Roy Keane who told the AOL groundsmen that they could come and join the players for a hot meal instead of eating their sarnies in a cold shed?
Is this the Roy Keane that buys his old Boys Club in Cork a set of strips and loads of equipment every year and makes other charitable donations that are not publicised?
Is this the Roy Keane who is a pretty quiet bloke really, who is happy walking his dog in the countryside?
How the hell do you know he would have taken us down-you are using an assumption to strengthen your hideously weak argument.

Try a few full stops and paragraphs for your next piece of utter drivel. Thanks.
