He had frightening pace. Maybe wasn’t the strongest which would have maybe hindered him.
 
Hope he has a good stretch to the end of the season. Quality player and would love to see him at a higher level
 
He’s only ever one injury away from such a disappointing stall in his career. An amazing player for us and crucial in our progress. Such a shame we played him in an FA cup tie that ended up being his last game for us.
 
A real shame TBH. Its made worse I think that every time he manages to get on the pitch he shows flashes of his brilliance. He scored against Arsenal in the pl right last year?

I'm guessing his contract is up soon, so I really hope he keeps his fitness and goes on a good run to earn himself a new one.

This summer according to transfrmarkt. Suspect Southampton have an option.
 
Wonder if we'll ever see him back at the SoL in an opposition kit? Would love to see him given the reception he deserves. Easily my favourite player through the banter years.
