So “not arsed” that you’ve made several replies to the thread and are descending into an argument about it. If you don’t care then leave the thread. I for one appreciate an ex player who did really well with and for us and has been very unlucky with injuries since. I wish him well.
 
He had very little choice but to leave. We wanted the money. He'd came into safc at a time we were paying comparative peanuts after a career where he came from Ross county, so he needed the contract to set himself and his family up for life, given his next contract would be his last big one. Absolutely no issue with that, especially given it's been proven since that we massively got the better end of the deal
