Ross - Defense is better than last year

WE need to win games, we need to stop trying to hold onto 1 goal leads and getting everybody behind the ball, we are not playing against the elite of the game, we are in division 3 FFS, wake up Ross and grow some balls, dude (I added that for any new fans looking at our soccer team)
Compared to the level that Ross is from this is super elite. He will never make it. Promotion chasing teams in any league need a bit of swagger, they need to intimidate the opposition. That isn’t the case, any team good or bad could come here and with just a bit of luck could walk away with three points. Its bloody awful to watch and there’s no confidence or cohesion in the team. He should never have started this season after throwing so many chances away.
He's quality is Jack Ross. Hair gel and cardigan geared up for our game with Barcelona at 3pm.
Cardigan and hair style he’s a throwback to the 1950s when he would have been managing Blyth Spartans.

That's the thing isn't it it's hard to decide. Bolton are 10/1 today with 5/2 double chance
You are aligning yourself to a bunch of nob heads on here mate. One of them whose post you liked reported me not long ago and claimed I hadn't been to a match for years :)
One common denominator
There is I agree. But my point that the defence is better stands.

I'd be inclined to disagree. We can argue clean sheets or goals/chances conceded but ultimately it's anecdotal evidence, ie a tually watching them, that is the true gauge. In my opinion they're no better at all. The LB has been weaker whoever has played there compared to Oviedo. McLaughlan is a real weak link...his last "performance" would have had Billy Smart signing him up and the two CB's are bloody awful distribution wise. Ozturk is agricultural as a player, absolutely no finesse whatsoever and Willis looks error prone and also guilty of poor positioning.... albeit he can also look half decent too.

Over to you Shaun

I'm on the drink now. But I know the Turk and Willis are far superior to them two from last year. I agree about the left back, but I think the young lad will step up.
Jack disagrees and has put flannagan in for ozturk that's how much better he thinks the defence has been. Ozturk and Willis all day for me.

Dropping Ozturk for Flannagan, unless there's an injury involved what a bloody tosspot arsehole thing to do. You don't build defensive partnerships by switching it around all the time, and especially not by bringing in flapping planks in their wrong position.
