The club posted an article on how he can play all across the frontline. Also a lot of Zenit fans seem to think he’s at his best left wing. But the lad says himself he’s a striker who can play on the wing

Thierry was still a winger at his age. Ross Stewart had only really played LF when he joined; hardly matters at the end of the day

That’s not a source it’s common sense. If we want two forwards and have lost Clarke we need a winger and a striker. So we either go for two strikers and plus Wilson wide or Wilson and a striker plus a winger

Unless we think mundle and Watson with potentially poveda as emergency backup are enough for left wing
 
This link seems off to me. Leaks we bid for Simic the day there was leaks we pulled away from Mendy... all this doesn't get leaked unless we want it out there or an agent does, my gut feeling is this link was to pressure Mendy to push for the move again (which he did)

iirc this all started with people saying they'd seen some long haired Serbian bloke round the place though? Can't be paper talk if there's been some guy with nice hair knocking about.

I do like that RLB, and Mundle in this post-game, just keep banging on about consistency, though. They know it.
