Aye, it's important that they get minutes whether that's on loan, or in the under 23's (also if we can get all of our development squads up to the top divisions then they'll be playing the top youngsters, which aids development). I'd hope the club is thinking about the bigger picture here.

As a club we can absolutely afford to take bigger gambles on players with the right physicals etc. (Hemir), if they're going into the under 23's instead of the first team squad.
