I have to mirror to the tv using my phone and appletv or hdmi from my laptop - I've tried to find the safc website on the broswer on my smart tv but for some reason it doesn;t show up

You can link your laptop up to the TV through a HDMI, not sure about any other way though. Crazy that you can't really, it can't be that hard for them to give us that option surely.
