I'm pretty sure they said it's a small injury but the rumour mill now has him needing an operation. I don't know why they'd be keeping it a secret, they were up front abut Mundle needing an op. I think we'll go into the season with a new keeper in place and Patto in the squad/providing cover/challenging for the spot. Of course if he really is going to be out for a while then yes you're right, we'd need someone else to do that.
